I was invited by Shubham Sharma to join him on this project, over the course of 3 days, which was a mix of general training about Notion (from the basics to setting up automations) and co-developping their renewed Notion workspaces.

We focused on gathering feedback on their current workspace, all the pain points & friction they were encountering, and on redefining their internal/external processes.

Then we co-developped and helped them set-up their new & improved Notion workspaces, and migrating previous data into it.
